The current system is inexplicably broken...it has ceased to serve the public for the foreseeable future. When faced with such an unbalanced set of broken rules and procedures; It is best to tear it all down and start from scratch. A justice system that isn't focused on retribution, but renewing our most valuable resources, Young People.
This land belongs to no one individual. It is God's gift to mankind for use as a scared heritage, transmitted by our forefathers as a bond between the living and the dead, to be held in trust by each generation for the unborn who will follow, and this to the last generation.
Each family has a right to land, free of charge, sufficient in acreage for us econic well being; for the right of opportunity and mean to make a living is the right to live.
You do not take a person who for years has been hobbled by chains and liberate him. Innocent men seek not just freedom but opportunity. Not just legal equity but equality as a right!
The electorate has been bedazzled by a reaganesque technique. The prison industrial complex is slavery reimagined. The feeling of the oppressed people compels them to resist to the death that the laws and policies that rule on our country... To overthrow oppression has been sanctioned by humanity and is the highest aspiration of every free man.
There should be a conflict expected between those who represent the masters of the globe and those who are in rebellion against them. Two certain ways to overcome your oppressors is mastery of wealth and intellectual intelligence.
Today the constitution is assimilated by strong judges that believe it is their absolute right to say what is the law. The prerogative is to rule on the constitutionality of federal and state statutes and not common law.
State violence demands more than the removal of a particular officer or the admonishment of a particular police department, but calls the attention to the systemic forces that allow the individuals to act with impunity.
The government is scared of the might of the minorities of this country! We the majority have a duty to rid this tyrant for it's ruthlessness. We have set idol while thousands die at the hands of Police brutality.
The feeling one gets when freedom is at the helms of their fingertips. When ordinary people don't fear and act out of courageousness to have a say in their lives, to try to strip the world of the old cruelties, hierarchies, divisions, falsehoods and injustices that cramp the human spirit.
The people are the final source of all power. The will of the people is the supreme law. Presidents & Officials are under the law and not above it. Judicial, Legislature & Executive branches are the elected representatives of the people and the instruments for executing their will. The Government and the people are one in the same. The citizens are recognized as the primary social, judicial, economic and political unity in the society.
Where has peaceful protest, marches, lead minorities when the oppressor has Ar-15's to limit and restrict movement. How many innocent victims must die, be falsely imprisoned for common sense to take over and show that there's government officials, judges and prosecutors are deliberately discriminating. Jim crow has never died l, it's very much still operating under a sheeps clothing.
Segrations and poverty have created a destructive environment. Addressing institutional rascims is not the same as firing a racist cop or punishing an individual for a racist transgression. What must happen is a massive redistribution of wealth and resources because capitalism and corruption go hand to hand.
Human falliablilty is always a part of war, and the price for it is always high. The armed struggle is imposed upon us by violence, corruption of the Federal and State Governments.
