What would you say if the person who was fighting for your life constitutional rights and freedom had nearly the same amount of ineffective representation filed against him? Why? The courts will gladly accept a guilty plea by saying it was entered into knowingly, intelligently and voluntarily. This ensures/commits the defendant into a binding plea which is impossible to escape from once accepted by the courts. 1. Defendants [Cannot] appeal to contest their conviction. 2. Departure from sentencing guidelines. 3. Waives all appeal rights. The courts find that the defendants offered plea of guilty, made under oath and all requirements imposed by the United States Constitution and Federal. Rules. Criminal. Procedure 11 are Satisfied. This accepted procedure of stone walling and hamstringing legal incompetency leaves(you the defendant) stuck in a manufactured System. A System that encourages the Attorneys to collect compensation without fighting for the defendant.

Equal justice for all, but let’s not forget about Rodney King, George Floyd, Troy Davis, Eric Gardner and Breanna Taylor who were let down by the “so called” protectors of justice. These are examples that many are aware of, but let me bring to your attention someone who has been dealt a great injustice, at the hands of these seekers of ‘supposed justice’.

This is where the injustice takes over and Mr. Bryant’s story continues, one all too common for the average young black male across this country. This story is stacked, like many others, with unlawful profiling, and from there it only gets worse. Ultimately, in 2020 he was charged with possessing firearms, drugs and trafficking and appointed legal counsel that did everything that demonstrates the inequality by the justicesystem we are discussing now. Mr. Bryant’s attorney, "Anthony Koukoutus," has handled a staggering number of cases involving wrongfully coerced defendants who arebullied into signing plea agreements under threat of losing at trial and not electing to fight for the justice the defendant is entitled. Although there was substantial evidence that would otherwise result in a not guilty verdict, Mr. Bryant was charged, convicted and sentenced for against his will under duress and through the hearing requested that the courts uphold the sworn oath to remain impartial.

Kirkland Bryant was wrongfully charged, convicted and sentenced in Federal court by Judge Donald C. Nugent of the Northern District of Ohio. Assistant US Attorney Toni Schnellinger-feisthamel did give Mr.Bryant a fair trial by violating his due process of law and withholding incriminating evidence that would have brought light to false statements, no probable cause, and tampering with evidence. The violations consisted of false arrest, violations of his rights to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures per the Fourth Amendment, fabricating allegations and malicious prosecution. He immediately filed a direct appeal to his sentence and on 12/13/23 the courts of appeal in Cincinnati, Ohio agreed that his rights were violated. JUDGE DONALD C. NUGENT unethical behavior of denying Kirkland Bryant his constitution rights is what lead to success on his direct appeal.

Update: Kirkland Bryant is scheduled to reappear in front of Judge Donald C Nugent who has violated his constitution right once and is expected to have a fair tribunal. Court is set for 9/11/24 at 8:45 am in Cleveland Ohio.
