For any man or institution that tries to rob me of my dignity will lose because I will not part with it at any price or under any pressure.

Kirkland Bryant was falsely charged with four counts of possessing child sexual abuse material in 2013. Eastern Michigan police Chief Bob Heighes maliciously fabricated that the images alleged were child pornography, but where in fact "pop up ads" and "cache" suggesting for popular websites to visit. You as a computer user have no control over either. 

1. The images were not files that were downloaded.

2. There were no saved files on the computer containing any illicit pictures.

3. There was no history on the computer of search terms related to child pornography.

4. Bryant never viewed any advertised sexual content on the internet "cache" or "pop up ads".

Bryant's attorney "Jim Smear" was ineffective counsel by the 6th amendment of the constitution and a terrible advocate of the law on his clients behalf due to the fact that this case should have been thrown out for lack of evidence and probable cause. One could even argue that he was working to benefit the prosecutor for not having a strategy or defense plan in store to dead this case in the water. This is a clear case of "defamation of character" and Bryant was a victim of their system targeting young minorities.

How can a successful St. Edwards High School football graduate, college student, headed in a positive direction be accused of such outrageous accusations without proper investigation into the facts to see if he was actually guilty. Eastern Michigan University, did not investigate the allegations and he was not welcomed back to the university to continue his athletics or education. Most important, society viewed him as a sexual predator and without a platform to outmaneuver the accusation he was paralyzed by the state, officers, university, and the media. John Counts (@john_counts) wrote a heinous article on Kirkland that painted him as a menace to society causing him to be viewed as a wicked monster. He appeared In front of JUDGE David Swartz; all counts of possessing child sexually abuse material were dismissed. He was able to continue his football career at Walsh University in Canton Ohio. Eastern Michigan University did not re-admit his scholarship back to pursue his education after he was exonerated on all chargers. The Chief of Police Bob Heighes bigotry is detrimental to all promising young student - athletes.

John Counts influence shows the entanglement between racial prejudice by officers and the quick distortion of facts to journalist looking to make headliners, not caring about who's future they ruin in the process. It is wrong and immoral to subject citizens that are innocent until proven guilty to false, malicious charges that affect their education, occupation, and social lives. 

Kirkland Bryant stands tall today and proud of the man he has become, overcoming this adversity that bread resiliency, invincibility, and true character. The United States Court's of today are demoralizing but Kirkland's struggle is a moral one. Kirkland is the catalyst that is capturing the people's hearts and drawing their support into a collective force from behind the Federal bureau of prisons. These Municipalities resembled a rogue state, creating arbitrary rules governing to hide the sheet brutality of it's operation.
