"Truth has no self life" and the injustices that have caused Kirkland Bryant to turn down a path of self destruction we're almost the case of his death, physically & mentally.
This platform has afforded him the opportunity to combat the evil forces that have attacked his reputation and character. Freedom was an illusion when he discovered that his freedom had already been taken by a bias and prejudiced system set up for him to fail.
He began to hunger for freedom and that hunger became a desire not only for him, but all his fellow inmates locked up away from their love ones; separated from society as if they weren't citizens like everyone else. This drove a prosperous student-athlete to become a defender of justice against the injustice. Freedom is indivisible; the chains on any one of his people is the chains on all of us collectively. The human body has an enormous capacity for adjusting to trying circumstances. Strong convictions are the secret of surviving deprivation; your spirit can maintain even when all stamina has depleted.
Naked racism has dominated the Northern Districts of Ohio, allowing United States Attorney Toni Beth Schellinger Feisthamel to arrest Kirkland without a proper warrant or valid probable cause. Throwing out innocent until proven guilty to placing unbound arrest on him while building her case against him. Her egregious behavior of charging individuals with crimes to garnish frantic headlines. Every conceivable angle cannot make up for 4 years incarceration that should not have stood 1 day of jail time.
The government will not get off ropes with time served, and in-fact they will be paying him for everyday that he set incarcerated. Federal Judge Donald C. Nugent finals words before sentencing Kirkland to 15 years and five months was to "Enjoy your time", violating his constitutional rights to fair due process of law with effective counseling. Due to the irreparable damage by these impartial tribunals -there is nothing that could undue his son, grandmother, mother of his son and other relatives seeing the violations by these courts that are to be representation of honesty, integrity and justice.
Nothing can can deny the time of his life spent knocking in vain at the Injustice he had to face in order to be in a winning position today. The 6th circuit allowing Federal Judge Donald C. Nugent violate Kirkland's constitutional rights is inconceivable.

This is one of the most liberating moments in my life. I stand here before you filled deep with pride and joy. I forgive Eastern Michigan University Chief Of Police Bob Heighes for his evil transgressions of falsely charging me inorder to ruin a young prosperous student-athelete reputation. I forgive Federal Judge Donald C. Nugent for sentencing me to 15 years against my constitutional rights. They were just doing their duty as humble servants to the devil, and without them; the unintended effect that produced my destiny wouldn't of manifested.
I apologize to myself for accepting comfortability and convenient, due to it being the path of least resistance. All Praise to Allah for giving me the rare privilege to give back to society and not take anymore. To hold on to hatred is indication of weakness, because it beclouds the mind and prevents the calm and clear thinking that is required to press forward. At this moment, I surrender the old image, and the mask in order for me to have a fresh start.
Kirkland is the catalyst that is capturing the people's heart and is drawing their support into a collective force from behind the federal bureau of prisons.

What is the first thing that happens when you are arrested and why?
1. Law enforcement contacts the local media and investigators to inform them that you have been apprehended.
2. Convince the public citizens l that you are guilty before being proven guilty in the court of law. This includes finding the most intimidating picture to add to insult.
3. The newspapers are meant to impregnate a persons mind & guide their thinking in a certain direction.
4. The more that a man has become successful, the bigger the headline to tear them down.
5. Took years to build credible reputation for it to be dismantled In ner seconds.
News papers & Media outlets have become important to municipalities because it allows them to distort the person as a criminal, menace to society in order to prosecute them with the publics agreement.
"Attorney" in the United States of American means operating under a debased system of justice, a code of law that does not enshrine equality, but the exact opposite. One of the most pernicious examples of this is when you are assigned a lawyer who has a sworn duty under the BAR association.
Having representation does not guarantee a defendant an advocate who will fight for their rights. Thousands of indigent defendants go to prison every year due to lack of sufficient representation. If you could afford to pay these representatives for their time, they would gladly look into fighting for your rights instead of convincing you into a plea agreement.
Defendants are assigned Attorneys who's obligation is, first to the courts! Second, to the public and last to the defendant being indicted. They cannot look out for your best interest due to their sworn duty but that is not all attorneys some and I mean very few uphold the Constitution before their oath.
The American Bar Association says the practice of "Plea Bargains" in the vast majority of Federal Criminal cases puts efficiency over fairness and leads to innocent people being coerced to plead guilty.

These 9 unelected, tenured-for-life lawyers in black robes; they have the power to strike down any laws passed by a majority of the people's representatives.
These justices are to interpret the constitution, helping to abridge how it's provisions were written by the framers and how they are applied to in the world we live in today.
We must defeat unprecedented intimidation by the Government!
America belongs to all who live in it, and that no government can justly claim authority unless it's based on the will of the people. Men and women have been robbed of their birth right to land, liberty and peace by a form of government founded on injustice and inequality. This country will never be prosperous or free until all people live in brotherhood, enjoying equal rights and opportunities.
One man cannot be allowed to determine for himself what is law, every man should have that right. Lawyers have played a disproportionate role in legislation. Laws and politics are intimately related. It is wrong & immoral to subject citizens that are innocent until proven guilty to false malicious charges that effect their education, occupation, and social lives. This is corruption through mass incarceration and structural inequality.
This country is rich, but it's greatest wealth is it's people! Men and women sacrifice their lives for freedom across the world. I have seen citizens stand up to attacks and torture without breaking; showing strength and resiliency that defines the imagination. I learned that courage was not the absence of fear, but the triumph over it.
The brave man is not he who not feel afraid but who conquers that fear. No one is born hating another person because of the color of their skin, or background, or religion. People must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love. Mans goodness is a flame 🔥 that can be hidden but never extinguished.
American liberty in the Constitution of the United States specifies the bounds of government authority as it applies on the citizens individual liberties. The United States is supposed to stand for freedom, justice and dignity. These values have been lost due to the defenders of justice like Judge Donald C Nugent saying quote "he wants to give a million years out before retiring." A million years....
